So I rolled out of bed and consumed food for energy. Eggs and canadian bacon on toasted sandwich thins with a nice glass of skim milk. That came in at about 427 cals, with a bit o' carbs and protien in it. mmm... energy.
I gave myself about 90 mins for that to sink in. I have hurried before to the gym after eating and that is never fun... all burpy and full of food. Ick. I had a tough day ahead. Once there, I did the planned run/walk of five minute warm up followed by 90 second run then 90 walk and three min run then three walk (two iterations). It was the same thing I had to push through on Monday. This time, however, I had NO ISSUES. The running was intense, but I finished without walking or the near death feeling I had last time. I am awesome. After that, I went to the pool to do a mile. I finished in 41:35, which is nearly five minutes shorter than last time. This leads me to believe I lost count somewhere, but I thought I was fine. I will know next time if it increases.
